Sport 1: Mini Golf

Our portable mini golf setup brings a full course experience directly to your centre, designed to be fun, inclusive, and easy to run with large groups.

The standard setup includes a 9-hole course, finishing with an Ultimate Challenge hole that adds a bit of excitement and competition at the end. Each hole is slightly different, using a mix of angles, obstacles and surfaces to keep students engaged as they move through the course.

For shorter sessions, such as 1-hour ASC bookings, we adjust the layout to a reduced course (typically 5–7 holes) to keep rotations quick and ensure students remain actively involved.

For Vacation Care bookings, we run the full 9-hole experience, allowing students to play through the entire course at a more relaxed pace. It works well as a standalone activity or as part of a full-day program.

Mini Golf is a great option for centres looking to offer something that is:

  • Easy for all students to participate in

  • Structured but still relaxed

  • Competitive without being overwhelming

Sport 2:

Mini Olympics

Our Mini Olympics program is designed to bring the feel of a sports carnival into a structured, high-energy session that keeps students moving the entire time.

Students rotate through a mix of traditional athletics events, including sprinting, long jump, frisbee toss and a longer “big race”, alongside a couple of game-based activities to keep things varied and engaging. The focus is on constant movement, simple scoring, and clear structure, so there’s minimal standing around.

For 1-hour ASC sessions, this is run more like a training-based session, where students focus on improving specific skills such as sprint technique, jumping mechanics and coordination. This works especially well for centres running weekly programs, as students can track improvement and build confidence over time.

For Vacation Care, the program expands into a longer format where students complete all events and move through a more complete experience. This can be run as a short block or extended across the full day, depending on how you’d like the program structured.

It works especially well for larger groups, as everything is set up to:

  • Keep rotations smooth

  • Maintain high energy

  • Ensure all students are participating regularly

Sport 3: Hybrid Aussie Lawn Bowls

Aussie Lawn Bowls (Hybrid & Traditional)

Our Aussie Lawn Bowls program offers two styles, depending on what suits your group and setting.

The hybrid version is a modified, more interactive format using ramps, obstacles and different surfaces to create a course-style experience. Students take part in skill-based challenges and scoring games that are easy to understand but still engaging.

Alongside this, we can also run a more traditional lawn bowls format, where students learn the basics of the game — aiming to roll the bowl as close as possible to the target while developing control and accuracy.

For 1-hour ASC sessions, we usually run shorter challenges or focused skill work so students can have multiple attempts without long wait times.

For Vacation Care, both formats can be expanded with:

  • Team-based scoring

  • Longer rotations

  • More structured gameplay

This makes it a great option for:

  • Mixed ability groups

  • Lower-intensity sessions

  • Centres wanting a balance between fun and skill development

Sport 4: Car Racing Sims

Let students learn and drive racing cars in the racing simulator rigs!

Students will be able to drive Formula 1 and Supercars in a fully kitted-out racing simulator. This includes:

  • Racing Wheel

  • Brake pedals

  • Racing seat

  • Racing gloves (Optional)

  • Racing helmet (Optional)

The default setting for the simulators is on HIGH assist mode to avoid spending less time in the gravel and more time driving fast!

Students have 7 minutes to set their fastest lap around Albert Park (Melbourne F1 track layout), and their final times will be added to a leader board (Under 10 and Over 10). We base our structure on hour blocks and estimate the number of turns. Students are allowed to have more than one turn, but we prioritise any student who has not had a turn or has had fewer turns than someone requesting to go again.

We have two options available:

2 racing rigs (3-4 Hour Blocks)

2 students at a time with 7-minute rotations (approx. 40-48 turns for 3 hours and 60-64 turns for 4 hours)

4 racing rigs (3-4 Hour Blocks)

4 students at a time with 7-minute rotations (approx. 80-96 turns and 110-120 turns for 4 hours)

Bundle Programs (Full-Day Options)

Our programs can be combined to create a full-day incursion, giving students a structured and engaging experience from start to finish.

A typical setup includes:

  • A high-energy program (like Mini Olympics) in the morning

  • A more controlled, skill-based activity (like Mini Golf or Lawn Bowls) in the afternoon

This balance helps manage energy levels across the day while keeping students consistently involved.

We structure the day so groups rotate through sessions smoothly, avoiding long wait times and making it easier for staff to manage.
